A few days ago, a friend asked me a simple question: as a real estate agent, did I have any resolutions for this year?
While thinking it over, I came up with an interesting alternative:
What can I do for my clients this year that will make this year better for me than years past?
As salespeople, we tend to power through our days, going from one thing to another – perhaps without even thinking of how we can better serve our clients, which in turn can better help us close sales. Admit it: sometimes we only think of ourselves. It’s just one busy day after another.
That’s how I got to writing this New Year’s resolution list. I want each one of us to do better in 2018 – at both work and our personal lives.
